Shipping Cost: For orders with fewer than 2 quantities, the shipping charge will be calculated automatically based on your location using Shiprocket. For orders of 2 or more quantities, shipping is free of cost across India.

Shipping Times: Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days. For metro cities, delivery may be faster, while remote areas might take a little longer.

Order Processing:  

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment.

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Courier Partners: We work with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues:  In case of delayed or lost packages, please contact our Customer Care at support@stringscape.co We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Areas: We ship to all regions across India.

P.O. Box Shipping:  

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Important Note on Shipping & Returns: In case of a return, we provide free return shipping (as outlined in our Return Policy). However, the original shipping fee of ₹99 is non-refundable.
