At String Scape, we're doing something we've never done before... a complete Final Clearance Sale. Every item is offered at its lowest price ever, and all sales are final.
FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.
All items sold during this sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
EXCHANGES
We understand sizing can be tricky, so we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
- An exchange processing fee of ₹150 per item applies, which covers handling
- The customer is fully responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse safely and securely. String Scape is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability — since we are running a clearance sale, sizes and styles may sell out at any time. If your requested size/style is unavailable at the time of processing, the exchange request will be closed and no further action will be taken
- Exchanges will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been picked up by our delivery partner. Since all items are Final Sale, cancellations after delivery are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
INVENTORY & ORDER CANCELLATION BY STRING SCAPE
We carry out our best efforts to maintain accurate inventory. However, due to multi-channel selling, there may occasionally be stock discrepancies. In the rare event that an item you ordered is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, String Scape reserves the right to cancel that item or order and issue a full refund of the amount paid. You will be notified via email as soon as possible in such cases. No further compensation will be applicable.
DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, physical damage, or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@stringscape.co within 48 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained — no exceptions. Please ensure you record a clear, uninterrupted video from the moment you open the package. This is mandatory for all damage and wrong item claims to be processed.
We recommend not accepting deliveries with visibly damaged or unsealed packaging in the first place.
