At String Scape, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We're always working to serve you better.

Policy:

You have 60 days, no questions asked. Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Price:

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, a ₹99 return processing fee will apply in case of cancellation or return. This helps us cover packaging, handling, and logistics.

WHY 60 DAYS?

Because sometimes, 30 days just isn’t enough!

THE DETAILS

We make returns and exchanges simple. Just request a return, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label via email. After that, confirm a convenient pickup date, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Eligibility:

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues, you can return or exchange your item within 60 days from the purchase date. Items must be in original condition—unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the customer at their expense. If the customer does not pay for return shipping within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the item or donate it to charity.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

For all accepted returns, we will refund the item cost within 7–10 working days. Refunds apply to the item price only, excluding any packaging, free gifts, or promotional items.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, the process will be treated as a new order. Once your return is processed, you can use your store credit to place the order or proceed with any of our regular payment options. This gives you flexibility in completing your exchange, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Adjustments on Partial Returns of Discounted Orders:

If your order qualifies for a discount or free shipping based on the number of items purchased (e.g., 2 or more for free shipping, 3 for ₹200 off), and you choose to return a part of your order:

• The original benefit (free shipping or discount) will be re-evaluated based on the remaining items in your order.
• If the remaining quantity no longer meets the offer condition, the discount or free shipping benefit will be revoked, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund.

Examples:

• If you buy 2 items and receive free shipping, but return 1 item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If you buy 3 items and get ₹200 off, but return 1 or more items, the discount will be reversed and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once collected by our delivery partner. However, if you still wish to cancel, you can do so after receiving the order by following the return process. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

DAMAGES

If you notice any issues with the tags or if the packaging is damaged or unsealed, please contact our customer care team immediately. We recommend not accepting deliveries with damaged packaging.
